Thank you for shopping at Aspire Tech. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return most products within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
The product must not be damaged, physically broken, or altered in any way.
Note: Certain items like opened software, used headphones/earbuds, and clearance products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage concerns.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at 📧 work.aspiretech@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your Order ID, the product you want to return, and the reason for return.
Our team will guide you with the return process and address for shipping.
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange as an alternative.
Refunds are not applicable on shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Opened or used personal accessories (like earphones, grooming devices, etc.)
Downloadable software or licenses
Products with tampered warranty seals
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.
If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the return process after delivery.
